We accept major credit cards through our merchant account including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept credit cards through Paypal, Paypal account funds, Paypal eCheck and Paypal bank transfers. We also will accept U.S. Postal Service Money Orders.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund within 30 days provided the merchandise is accompanied by your original receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Pedro Boregaard cannot be responsible for returned merchandise prior to our receipt. We therefore suggest that you insure all parcels. Refunds generally appear on you credit card statement in one to two billing periods. PayPal refunds will be made within 30 days of returned merchandise receipt. Since all our online orders require credit cards or PayPal as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form used to make the original purchase.
We have a flat fee shipping and handling policy. All merchandise below $500 is shipped via USPS Overnight Express Mail for a flat fee of $25. Merchandise over $500 is shipped at our cost.
We only ship to the Contiguous United States, Alaska & Hawaii. At the present time, we do not ship internationally.
No personal information transmitted to us will be used for any purpose other than to help us serve you better. We pledge that no personal information entered at Boregaard.com will be sold or otherwise distributed to any company or marketing firm.
